For years, we have individualized a team sport due to the potential of financial gain, the feeling of being loved and respected, and the opportunity of making it to the next level. This applies not only to players, but to everyone involved in the game across the board. We do not have the all of the answers nor do we pretend to have all of the answers, but we do have a team full of guys that have the same objective.
